ASSIGNMENT TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF AN AGENCY UNDERTAKING INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION OF PERFORMANCE OF NON-STATE ACTORS, STATE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES AND RESULTS OF DISBURSEMENT LINKED INDICATORS (DLIS) OF THE ACCELERATING NUTRITION RESULTS IN NIGERIA PROJECT (ANRiN)

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include Procurement of an Agency to conduct independent third-party verifications of:
• Performance of contracted NSAs on a sample basis every six (6) months;
• Performance of SPHCDAs with respect to delivery of nutrition sensitive antenatal care at primary health care centers on an annual basis;
• Achievement of DLI results at respective federal and participating state levels as and when achieved basis.

The independent third-party verification and validation assignment is proposed till April 30, 2024, with a possibility of extension to a cumulative contract period of 64 months following a project extension.

The International Economic Relations Department of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Government of Nigeria, now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.
