Its objective is to strengthen competitiveness of West African countries and enhance their integration into the regional and international trading system. To reach this overarching goal, the programme will work to:
• improve the performance, growth and contribution to industry, regional trade and exports of selected value chains, and
• improve the business climate at national and regional levels.

1. INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Government (LASG), in furtherance of Entertainment and Tourism, the fifth (5th) Pillar of this Administration’s Development Agenda (THEMES) is seeking investors to develop a VIP Lounge in Ibeshe, Ikorodu LGA.

It is the vision of LASG that the proposed VIP Lounge will boost the tourism potentials of the Ikorodu Region and Environs. Therefore, the Project will further expand the tourism potentials of Lagos State in general.

The state-of-the-art facility is envisaged to complement the stock of hospitality developments in Lagos State and would provide diversified economic opportunities in terms of employment and income.

It would also serve as a Pull (Growth) Factor to stem the spate of rural urban migration to the Lagos City Centre as well as address the issue of over concentration of social amenities at the city centre.

The VIP Lounge will be developed on a mainland shore measuring 8 Hectares along Ibeshe Lagoon Area, Ikorodu LGA. The selected site corresponds with the area designated as “Tourism” in the ongoing Ikorodu Comprehensive Sub-Regional Masterplan.

In view of this, LASG seeks Expression of Interest from interested Local and International Parties for the development of the VIP Lounge through a favourable Public-Private Partnership model.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The VIP Lounge will be a Multipurpose Facility with an array of majorly Hospitality Services and other ancillary features for the benefit of Holiday Makers, Tourists and Residents of Lagos State and beyond. The services to be provided by the VIP Lounge should include, but not limited to:
i. Lodging Chalets;
ii. Food Courts;
iii. Cold/Hot Bar;
iv. Fitness Club;
v. Salon;
vi. Spo;
vii. Swimming Pool;

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Government (LASG) is desirous of converting the premises of the Lagos State Urban Renewal Authority (LASURA) for Mixed Development. The Project Site is a land area of 8,294.77sqm, lying beside the Old Ikeja Immigration Office at Old Secretariat, G.R.A, Ikeja.

The Project will comprise OFFICE BLOCK and HIGHRISE LUXURY APARTMENTS which will be totally detached from each other and as such will be served with separate entrances/exits. The maximum height as well as the proposed number of Floors is approvable in this location. Thus, each of the sites will be self-sufficient with separate ancillary facilities in order to put them to optimum use for the benefit of all.

The Office Block will occupy a land area of 2,000sqm and will be developed into 4Floors Office Block. The remaining land totaling 6,294.77sq.m will be developed into Five (5) Residential Blocks of 9Floors each, including the Ground Floor Four (4) of the Blocks will contain Sixteen (16) Flats each, with the Ground Floor open for Parking, totaling Sixty Four (64). For the Fifth Block, the Fifth to Ninth Floor will contain Ten (10) Flats while the Floor will be free for Parking. The First to Third Floors will contain common Facilities such as Supermarket, Gym, Meeting Room, etc.

1. INTRODUCTION:
The Feed the Future Nigeria Agribusiness Investment Activity is a 5-years project implemented by CNFA in Nigeria as part of the project’s goal is to strengthen the business enabling environment to promote private sector investment in agriculture. Activities will encompass three broad but interrelated components: (1) the Agribusiness Investment Activity will improve the case of doing business in the agricultural sector; (2) the Activity will expand access to finance by mitigating the credit risks of agribusinesses; and (3) the Activity will promote investment opportunities for agribusinesses to strengthen their readiness to expand and scale up their operations. Taken together, these efforts will increase the volume, added value, and diversification of agribusiness investments.

As part of project activities, the CNFA/Nigeria is requesting the services of an IT Equipment supplier to provide the Activity with (seven) 7 Laptops and additional software and (three) 3 printers to be used by Activity staff to carry out their daily tasks in the actualization of project goals. The purpose this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these items.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by CNFA in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ, Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.

2. OFFER DEADLINE AND PROTOCOL:
Offers must be received no later than 5:00pm, Nigerian Local Time, on 29 June, 2020. Questions regarding the technical administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted not later than 3:00pm Nigerian Local Time, on 25 June, 2020 by email to operations@ag-invest.org .
Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification-and the responses thereto-that CNFA believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.
Only the written answers issued by CNFA will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from employees of CNFA or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The table below contains the technical requirements of the commodities/services. Offerors are requested to provide quotations containing the information below on official letterhead or official quotation format.
• Specifications outlined in this RFQ should be considered as minimum specifications.
• Brochures and catalogues are required for all of the items included in this RFQ.
• The Supplier should consider the software provided and ensure it is consistent with the Hardware configuration offered.
• Set of media kits containing recovery Software, OS images, drivers and utilities shall be supplied on CD/DVD for the laptops and printers.
• Offerors should submit their “best offer” for each item in full compliance with the technical specifications, i.e. one quotation per item, and should not provide multiple varieties for consideration.
• Quantities indicated for Software or Hardware will be indivisible. Offerors must offer the entire quantity or quantities indicated for software alone, hardware alone, or both.
