1. INTRODUCTION
The National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi-Lagos (NOHIL) hereby invites interested reputable Companies with a good track record of performance and experience to bid for the supply of new digital 11kv Panel to NOHIL Main Powerhouse.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirement to be eligible in the procurement:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C).
(ii) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate.
(iv) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) or valid Certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Abuja.
(v) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate.
(vi) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate.
(vii) Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
(viii) Evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing similar projects.
(ix) Current affidavit disclosing: –
(1) That the company is not in receivership, insolvent, or bankrupt.
(2) Thai the company does not have any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offence in relation to fraud or financial impropriety.
(3) Whether or not any officer of the relevant Committee of the NOHIL or BPP is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding.
(4) That all documents submitted for the bidding are true and correct in all particulars.

INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A TRAVEL AGENCY FOR ECOWAS COMMISSION

1. The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution its 2021 budget, intends to carry out the Recruitment of a Travel Agency with proven expertise to process various aspects of official travels, including but not limited to airline ticketing, hotel reservations, travel advisory, assistance with formalities related to the shipment of human remains, and other travel related services.

2. The main objective is to provide travel management and related services at the lowest cost for Staff Members and/or their dependents (for purposes of official and non-official travels) and Consultants, Government Officials and Participants attending meetings or on official business for ECOWAS Commission.

3. The ECOWAS Commission now invites Travel Agencies duly registered in the Country of Origin to submit sealed bids for the Recruitment of a Travel Agency for ECOWAS Commission (one lot). Travel Agencies within ECOWAS Member States not registered and operating in Nigeria must have a local partner duly registered and licensed to operate in Nigeria. This is necessary because only Nigerian-based Agencies can issue airline tickets such as: British Air Ways, Lufthansa, Emirates, and few others at affordable fares, given that most of the Commissions’ travels originate from Nigeria.

Note: Travel Agencies outside the ECOWAS Region shall be required to come into partnership or joint ventureship with Travel Agencies from ECOWAS Member States, as well as have a local partner duly registered and licensed to operate in Nigeria to qualify them to participate in this Tender.

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict. The IRC has been operating in Nigeria in October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC’s emergency response team, with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication), implemented a project to support livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi State from February to May 2013. This was followed by a 3-month nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa State since early 2014 and expanded into Maiduguri in late 2015 and Yobe State. The current projects supports WASH, Nutrition, Health, Protection, Education, Food Security and Livelihood concerns among conflict-affected persons in north-eastern Nigeria.

The RFP is intent to secure competitive proposals to select suppliers or vendors for the International Rescue committee Nigeria Country Office for the below listed procurements.

A. BACKGROUND
FHI360 is a not-for-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes experts in health, education, nutrition, environmental, economic development, civil society, gender equality, youth, research, and technology, creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today’s interrelated development challenges. FHI360 is implementing the USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistant (BHA), Integrated Humanitarian Assistance Northeast Nigeria IHANN III to provide acute needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Borne State through the provision of integrated health and nutrition, protection, and WASH programming.

FHI360’s Borno State Office is therefore seeking qualified and interested companies to submit a proposal for the provision of care hire and haulage services to support our operations in Bama, Banki, Damasak, and Maiduguri, and Ngala LGA of Borno state as detailed in section B.

B. SCOPE OF SERVICE

LOT 1: Embedded Car Hire Service

The successful vendor (s) will provide embedded car hire services to support staff movement Dikwa, Bama, Banki, Damasak, and Ngala LGA of Borno. The service provider is expected to provide the following services:

(a) Provide 4×4 Wheel Drive Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), 4x4Weel Double Cabin Pickup, and 14-Seater Bus/Van at each location every month. All vehicles must be registered with a government license plate number.
(b) All vehicles must be always fuel by the Service Provider during the month
(c) All rented vehicles should have at minimum, third-party insurance coverage.
(d) Vehicle Shall be parked at all times at FHl36’s premises No vehicles are parked at the driver’s residences.
(e) The drivers should be appointed on a long-term contract basis and should receive their monthly salary along with benefits such as social security, medical insurance plans.
(f) All vehicles should be maintained and cleaned by the successful service provider on regular basis.
(g) All drivers should be monitored by the service provider for their driving behavior, speed acceleration, harsh braking, alcohol, and drug use, criminal records. FHI360 does not appoint drivers with criminal records nor alcohol and drug use.
(h) All drivers will be required to complete on daily basis the vehicle’s logbook which includes the destination, the date, the name of the driver, the car plate number, the start, and end time per trip the overtime hours if applicable, and the mileage.
(i) All drivers are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and proper dressing.

LOT 2: Provision of Haulage Service The successful vendor (s) will provide embedded car hire services to support staff movement Dikwa, Bama, Banki, Damasak, and Ngala LGA of Borno.

The service provider is expected to provide the following services:
(a) Provide 4 Metric tons, 10 Metric tons trucks, and 30 Metric tons trucks to transport relief materials from FHI360’s warehouse in Maiduguri to designated locations in Dikwa, Ngala, Damasak, Bama and Baki LGAs ON NEED BASIS. All vehicles must be registered with government license plate numbers.
(b) Successful Service Providers Shall provide Goods- in- Transit Insurance (GIT) with a minimum sum assured value of 20 million Naira per trip per vehicle
