1.INTRODUCTION
The Osun State College of Education, lla-Orangun, Osun State wishes to advertise for the year 2019 TETfund Project Maintenance Intervention.

2.LOT Z1: The proposed External Works for the College E-Library complex comprising: Walkway, Car-park, Drainage and Blockwork, etc.

3.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested and competent contractors with experience in executing the above Lot are requested to submit pre-qualification documents neatly bound and arranged in the following order for consideration
a.Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7:
b.Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3)years valid till 31st December, 2020;
c.Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020
d.Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020
e.Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020
f.Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP
g.Sworn Affidavit:
-disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Osun State College of Education, ila-Orangun or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars,
-that none of the directors of the company had been convicted for any criminal offence either at home or abroad:
h.Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years- 2017/2018/2019
i.Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
j.Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.
k.Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs of at least three (3) executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
l.List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership Lease;
m.All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

4.COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidders are to pick the Standard Bid Document from the College’s TETfund Office between 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 pm on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) payable to Osun State College of Education, lla Orangun, in bank draft and obtain a receipt from the Bursary Department of the College

5.SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Completed pre-qualification and financial documents must be in two (2) separate envelopes each appropriately labelled, sealed and put in larger third envelope for submission and addressed to: Provost, Osun State College of Education, lla Orangun.

1.BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Valuation Office (LASVO) is entrusted with the responsibility of valuation of Lagos State Government (LASG) Assets in accordance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)and the consolidation of the Financial Statement of LASG.

In order to prepare the consolidation of LASG Assets and Financial Statement, the Management of LASVO is embarking on a comprehensive LASG fixed asset valuation. The first phase which involved the State Infrastructures such as Roads, Bridges, Concrete Drains was completed has been carried out along with the second and third phase of the Valuation program under the coordination and supervision of LASVO. We are now embarking on the consolidation stage of the programme that would involve the valuation of Fixed Assets in some sectors.

In pursuant of the above, LASVO is seeking for suitable and reputable Estate Surveyors and Valuers firms to carry out the valuation of LASG fixed asset in accordance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

2.OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSULTANCY PROGRAM
The following are the objectives but not limited to the underlisted items:
a)To locate LASG Assets where found.
b)Determine the economic value of each asset in monetary terms.
c)Create a comprehensive fixed asset register that can be updated from time to time.
d)Generate a digitalized asset numbers to be utilized for the barcode Tagging of all identified LASG assets.
e)Recommendation for optimization of such assets where necessary.

3.SCOPE OF SERVICE.
The scope of service includes the Valuation of all LASG Assets in the following sectors: EDUCATION: This includes all Junior and Senior Secondary Schools, Technical Vocational Centres, Training Institutes, Libraries, etc.
AGRICULTURAL AND AGRO ALLIED ASSETS: This includes Agricultural facilities, Farm settlements, Agricultural land holdings, Abattoirs and Lairage etc.
TOURISM AND CULTURE, SPORTS AND LEISURE FACILITIES: This includes Stadia and other Recreational facilities, Museums, Monuments, Theatres, Heritage Buildings etc.

The West African Power Pool have received financing from the World Bank, for implementation of the WAPP North Core/Dorsale Nord Regional Power Project. The North Core Project, as implementation agency, intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for Supply of smartphones for its Central Office Project Management Unit (WAPP-North Core -PMU) at Maitama, Abuja.

The goods with all its related services shall be procured through the procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016 revised November 2017and August 2018).

The WAPP North Core Project now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of 14 smartphones as described in the RfQ document.

The deadline for submission will be: November 3, 2020 at 11:00AM through email. The opening will take place the same day at 11:30AM by virtual meeting. The online submission and opening procedures are precised in the RfQ document.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing in the amount of US$ 232 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by Global Financing Facility (GFF).

The project will include the following components:

1. Basic Package of Nutrition Services
2. Stewardship and Project Management

These two components will entail procurement of Accounting Software as Goods and consulting services for Performance Based Contracts and firms to undertake research, survey, provision of technical assistance on knowledge management and learning and the recruitment of verifying agencies through open and national/international competitive procurement.

Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals  as defined in the Procurement Regulations.[2] After project negotiations, the World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection.
