The Federal Government of Nigeria and the Government of the Republic of Cameroon received a loan from the AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK toward the cost for the implementation of the Programme for Transport Facilitation along the Bamenda (Cameroon) – Enugu (Nigeria) Road Corridor; and intend to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for CONSULTING SERVICES FOR AN INDEPENDENT DESIGN REVIEW OF THE MFUM (NIGERIA)/EKOK (CAMEROON) BORDER BRIDGE DESIGN PROPOSALS.

2. The Services to be performed under the program shall comprise the Independent Design Review of the Mfum (Nigeria)/Ekok (Cameroon) Border Bridge Design Proposals as part of the requirement for the implementation of the Programme for Transport Facilitation along the Bamenda (Cameroon) – Enugu (Nigeria) Road Corridor.
