GENERAL INFORMATION:
KNCV is inviting vendors to provide quotations for the supply of PPEs.
• Vendors are required to submit quotation indicating cost, payment, and delivery terms of the following items in the specified quantities
1. 6,000 (Six thousand) units of KN95 Particulate Respirator
2. 1100 (One Thousand One Hundred) bottles of Hand sanitizers (500ml bottle) with WHO-approved mix of alcohol (ethanol), glycerol and hydrogen peroxide and Water
3. 1000 (One Thousand) boxes of Disposable Latex free size gloves (box of 100 pieces)
4. 270 (Two Hundred and Seventy) units of free size washable Lab coats
5. 6 (Six) rolls of Disposable nylon aprons (100 aprons per roll)
6. 80 (Eighty) units of face shields

(Submit on both the attached KNCV RFQ  and on your company letterheaded document)
• Fill and submit KNCV Vendor information form (form attached)
• All bids must be written in English and signed by an authorized person
• Bids submitted after the closing date/time will not be considered
• Quotations submitted after the deadline for submission will neither be opened nor considered
• A minimum of 5% WHT will be deducted per invoice as required by FIRS

Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) is launching a procurement tender to identify an organization, or consortium of organizations, to help develop Integrated Energy and COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Plans for the governments of Nigeria and Sierra Leone. Further details are provided in the attached terms of reference in Annex I and II.

SEforALL will be hosting a pre-bid conference call, on Thursday, 7 January 2021 at 16:00 CET Vienna, Austria. The Project Manager for this assignment will provide participants with an overview of the assignment and answer any questions you may have. If you would like to join the call, please send a request to procurement@seforall.org by Wednesday, 6 January 2021 to receive the meeting invitation and details. INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF COVID-19 RELATED COMMODITIES

1. INTRODUCTION
The Global Fund for AIDS TB and Malaria project in the National Agency tor the Control of AIDS (NACA) intends to use funds from the COVID 19 RM (C19 RM) grant for the procurement of essential commodities for the COVID 19 response in Nigeria: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

2. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
This call is to solicit for reputable manufacturers and local distributors with relevant experience in the manufacturing and delivery of medical consumables and personal protective equipment during the grant implementation period.

3. SCHEDULE OF ITEMS REQUIRED

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
i. NAFDAC Certificates (for each item)
ii. Current Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) (per manufacturing site)
iii. At least an annual turnover of NGN300Million over the last three years
iv. Must have a minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the production or supply of the related goods and services.
v. Must have a minimum of 1 year of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
vi. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Agency for the Control of Aids or shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
vii. Evidence of company registration (certificate of incorporation of the company) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7.
viii. Duly Certified Company Audited Accounts tor the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019).
ix. Evidence of Company Income lax clearance Certificate for the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019).
x. Evidence of PENCOM Compliance Certificate expiring by December 2020.
xi. Evidence of 1TFCompliance Certificate expiring by December 2020.
xii. Evidence of NSITF Compliance certificate expiring by December 2020.
xiii. The minimum validity period of the tender should be one hundred and twenty (120) Days.
xiv. Submission of a Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria.
xv. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff.
xvi. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last three (3) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects.
xvii. Bid security of 2% of total bid sum will be required for total bid prices above N100million

2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidders are encouraged to study the standard bidding document (SBD) carefully and use templates provided therein as applicable. The Standard Bidding Document (SBD) is available online at naca.gov.ng/bidding-for-procurement-of-ppe/
3. A Pre- Tender meeting shall be held on Monday 14th December 2020 in NACA conference room.

4. SUBMISSION OFTENDER DOCUMENTS
i. Prospective bidders are to submit documentations for any of the items desired, three (3) hard copies each (one original and two copies) of the requested documents and financial bid.
ii. Prospective bidders can submit their documents as a joint venture with relevant documents provided. See section 1 (24.4) of SBD.
iii. Please note that you are expected to submit a sample or picture of item (s) with your tender submission.
iv. Your bid must clearly indicate the unit cost, total cost, specification, bid validation and delivery period. All of which may be used as a criteria for evaluation. Your quotation shall remain valid till 120 days from Monday 21st December 2020

5. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
The deadline for the submission of Tender should not be later than 12 noon of Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Office of the Head of Procurement Ground floor, NACA main building. 3 Ziguinchor street, Wuse Zone 4. Abuja.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or bidder’s representative who chose to come to the conference room of the National Agency for the Control of Aids at 12:00pm on Monday 21st December 2020.
