1.INTRODUCTION
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF), is a Parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, with mandate of Manpower Training and Development in the Public and Private sectors of the economy, with a view to providing a pool of indigenous trained manpower to meet the needs of the Nigerian economy and regulating training standards.

The ITF in furtherance to the advertisements placed in the “Daily Trust”, “The Tribune” Newspapers of Monday 25th May, 2020 and the Federal Tender Journal Volume 16 No.8 – Monday May 25th -Sunday June 7, 2020, the outcome of which has been pasted on the Fund’s website www.itf.gov.ng hereby invites prequalified Contractors/Suppliers under the scope of works/supply below to obtain financial documents on the Lots declared. The scope of Works/Supply earlier advertised has been scaled down for implementation, due to budgetary constraints occasioned by the effect of Covid-19 Pandemic.

The ITF intends to finance the projects from its Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

3.COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to make payment of non-refundable Tender Fee to the ITF’s TSA and must show evidence of payment before collection of the Bid Documents. Bid documents are to be collected at Procurement Department of ITF Headquarters Building Complex, Miango Road, Jos, Plateau State.

4.SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for desired Lot(s) packaged in sealed envelope and clearly marked “Financial Bid” addressed to the Director General/Chief Executive, Industrial Training Fund, Headquarters, Miango Road, Jos, Plateau State and clearly marked with the name of the Project and Lot Number. Furthermore, the reverse of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box at the Main Reception of ITF Headquarters Complex Building not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020.

The roof structure consists of timber framed backgrounds and corrugated long span aluminum covering with mechanical and electrical installations including external works as detailed in the Tender document.
2 PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE FOR THE ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY BUILDINGProcurement of furniture items for the Department of Anatomy andPhysiology Building as detailed in the tender documents.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documents that highlight the bidding company’s ability to carry out the services such as:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms (CAC2) and (CAC7);
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2020.
(c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.

(h) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the project when needed.
(i) Company’s Profile with the curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualification (in case of construction: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.);
(j) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificate, Job Completion Certificate and Photographs of the Projects;
(k) Lists of plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease (where applicable);
(l) For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner);
(m) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/ Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the registration Number (RC) as Issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. DEC is calling for expressions of interest for the selection of partners to ensure the implementation of projects in respect of its strategic programming. DECS approach of selection is to ensure that DEC partners with organizations most suited to achieve desired results and objectives of its projects. To this effect, DEC invites non-governmental organizations/ community based organizations operating in Bachelor Gombe states that will support primarily women adolescent girls and the girl child (girls of school age) to bid for a project from the thematic areas of:

Each proposed project will be for a period of 6 to 9 months only.

To accommodate a wide range of intending interests, organizations have been grouped into the following categories
a. Category A: groups without a formal registration from any government authority but recognized by and accepted by their communities. They have minimal management structure and are financially self-sustaining through contributions and levies for their activities informal groups). This category of groups is eligible for projects with budgets between NGN 390,000-1.949.610)
b. Category B: groups that have partial financial support and some form of legal recognition (such as members of trade unions, cooperatives and associations, but may not have a structured constitution. Groups here have staff/volunteers and their activities are financed by member’s contributions and donations. (Semi-formal) This category of groups is eligible for projects with budgets between NGN (1, 950,000 2729, 610).
c. Category C: groups registered with government agencies such as the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), with a management and leadership structure consisting of staff management and directors. The activities are planned and carried out by employees and financed by donations and grants. (Formal groups). This category of groups is eligible for projects with budgets between NGN(2,730,000-3,900,000)
