The Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State, invites competent/qualified Contractors. Suppliers and Service Providers to Tender for the following Capital Projects:

Lot M 1: Rehabilitation of internal Roads Network at Main Campus- Phase 1
Lot M 2: Rehabilitation of Admission/SIWES Block at Main Campus
Lot M 3: Rehabilitation of Students’ Affairs Block at Main Campus
Lot M 4: Rehabilitation of Guidance and Counseling (Psychology) Block

CAPITAL PROJECTS: NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Lot M 6: Provision of Internet Wireless Facilities plus one-year internet bandwidth subscription on both Campuses

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company along Forms CAC1.1 or CAC 2 & 7; and up to date Annual Returns with CAC;
(b) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019, and 2020) valid till December 31, 2021
(c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
(d) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December 2021;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(g) Sworn affidavit that:
(i) disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
(ii) The firm is not bankrupt; and
(iii) None of the Directors is an ex-convict or bankrupt
(h) Evidence of current Audited accounts of firm for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
(i) Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
(j) Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar projects successfully executed by your company in the last five (5) years including scope of the project, location of the project, contract sum, letter of award, and completion certificate.
(k) Company’s profile with list of staff, including curriculum vitae, and copies of academic/professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.;
(l) For Lot 6: The Company must be a licensed internet service provider approved by Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC);
(m) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

Standard bid documents containing full specifications etc. to be collected from the office of the Secretary, Tenders Board (Head, Procurement Department) between 9am and 4pm daily of a non-refundable tender fee f N10, 000.00 only per lot, paid into Federal College of Education, Obudu’s TS a/c in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Original receipt should be obtained from the Bursary Department.

1. Overview
USAID’s integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for the provision of internet connectivity Services for IHP offices in Abuja, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi and Sokoto States office for 1 year
• The Vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
• Palladium intends to award a Blank Purchase Agreement (contract) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• RFP Submission Requirements/Evaluation:
• Company profile details include registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
• Copy of certificate of incorporation
• Bank Reference letter

2. BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

(b) Evidence of tax clearance for the last three (3) years

(d) Technical qualification and experience of key personnel

(g) Evidence of similar projects executed in the last five (3) years
(h) Evidence of works registration with Kano State Government
(i) Evidence of registration with the Kano Due Process Bureau
(j) Evidence of compliance with section 6(1) – (3) of the ITF amendment Act No. 19 of 2011 for the last one (1) year
(k) Evidence of registration with professional bodies; NSE, COREN etc

3. Applicants are also required to;
(a) Submit the technical and financials bidding documents in a sealed envelop
(b) Enclose a photocopy of the receipt as evidence for (N1, 000,000.00) payment of the financial bid documents
