(c) MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:

No Tender Requirement
1 Company Profile: Bidders must submit a comprehensive company profile indicating the registered address(es), official and functional email address(es), telephone number(s), and designated point of contact (name and position) for the company.
2 Evidence of Legal Registration! Bidders must provide verifiable legal registration documents of the company, Including Certificate of Incorporation (CAC), FORM CO2, and FORM CO7, or Business Name Registration as applicable. Equivalent valid documentation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) will also be accepted.
3 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC): Bidders must provide a valid Tax Clearance Certificate covering a financial year not earlier than 2023. Please note that AHNI will scan the QR code on the TCC to verify its authenticity.
4 Evidence of Financial Capability: Bidders must provide a copy of their most recent, signed, and stamped audited financial report, covering a financial year not earlier than 2023, as proof of financial capacity to execute the contract.
5 Bank Reference Letter: Bidders must provide a current Bank Reference Letter, duly signed and authenticated by an authorized official of the bank, and addressed to Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) as evidence of financial reliability.
6 1. Letter of Authorization: Valid authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a valid distributorship certificate for IT Equipment, Accessories, and Consumables — required to qualify for award under LOT 1.
2. Evidence of Printing Press Ownership: Bidders applying for printing-related LOT(s) must provide verifiable evidence of ownership of a functional printing press. Please note that AHNI will conduct a physical inspection to confirm this claim prior to award.
