(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company along Forms CAC1.1 or CAC 2 & 7; and up to date Annual Returns with CAC;
(b) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019, and 2020) valid till December 31, 2021
(c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
(d) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December 2021;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(g) Sworn affidavit that:
(i) disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
(ii) The firm is not bankrupt; and
(iii) None of the Directors is an ex-convict or bankrupt
(h) Evidence of current Audited accounts of firm for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
(i) Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
(j) Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar projects successfully executed by your company in the last five (5) years including scope of the project, location of the project, contract sum, letter of award, and completion certificate.
(k) Company’s profile with list of staff, including curriculum vitae, and copies of academic/professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.;
(l) For Lot 6: The Company must be a licensed internet service provider approved by Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC);
(m) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The under listed qualification requirements applies to All Applicants, including joint ventures;
(a) Minimum average Annual Construction turnover over the past three (3) years as shown below;
Two hundred and fifty Million Naira (NGN250, 000,000.00)
(b) The Applicant shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements
(c) Evidence of Experience of at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity completely executed in the last five years, including Completion and final Taking-Over Certificates from the Clients.
(d) Company Profile including:
• Populated organizational structure and key professional staff with relevant experience on high voltage power lines and substations.
