1. INTRODUCTION:
Chevron Nigeria Limited invites interested and prequalified companies for this tender opportunity for the Provision of International & In-Country Clearing and Forwarding Services, Import and Export, Air/Sea Freight, Transportation, Packaging and Removal of Cargo. The proposed award strategy is multiple contracts of the (3) years term with an option of one (1) year extension.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:

1.0 BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMoH) is a Principal Recipient (PR) for Global Fund Grant comprising of Tuberculosis Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH), As the Principal Recipient, the Ministry of Health is legally responsible for the management of the integrated grant ensuring achievement of the programmatic results and accountability of the grant financial resources.

Subsequently, the Ministry of Health has established the Grant Management Unit (GMU) to work with other implementing units (TB and RSSH) within the Ministry, Sub-Recipients (SRs), and other implementing partners in executing and implementing various programs in compliance with the grant agreement signed between The Global Fund and LSMoH.

The GMU invites prospective vendors to express their interest in providing the services and goods detailed in section 2.0 under long- term agreement from January 2021 to December 31st 2021, and to submit responses to the Invitation for Bids for the supply of diagnostics/ clinical equipment and medical consumables.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Hotel/Hall Services Provision To provide hotel accommodation for the grant’s residential trainings/ activities at Ikeja, Eti Osa, Amuwo Odofin, Epe, Ikorodu, and Badagary LGAs
Provide tea break (varieties) & Lunch (varieties) as required during training
Provide hall with functional projector, internet service for training as requested
Provide catering and eating utensils as may be required for grant catering activities

3rd Party Logistics Services Scope of Work Provide distribution and transit warehousing services for pharmaceutical products (medicines, laboratory consumables and reagents)
Provide distribution services for durable and non-durable in vitro diagnostic products, microscopes and imaging equipment
Provide distribution services for long- lasting insecticidal treated nets; and consumables/single-use health products including condoms, insceticides, therapeutic nutritional support, general laboratory assets, injection syringes, and other laboratory commodities.
Provide distribution services for non-health products including but not limited to information technology communication Device (ICTD) and data management tools such as LMIS and NHMIS tools, program guidelines, registers etc.

4.0 GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FROM INTERESTED PARTIES (EOI & IFB)
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association;
ii. Company profile and organizational structure with the full name of the organization and contact person, postal address, telephone/fax numbers, and e-mail addresses ;
iii. Evidence of company tax clearance for the last 3 years (2017-2019) ;
iv. Audited financial statements of the company for the years 2017-2019 (for Lot 2 und IFB for Medical Commodities) and/or 6 months bank statement (Lot 1 and 3);
v. Bank Reference letter /Letter of good-standing from bank;
vi. Verifiable evidence of 4 similar experiences (within a minimum of 3 years) with government, private and non-governmental organizations. (These should include award letters, purchase orders, or evidence of satisfactory completion or progress for each experience indicated).

1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The SEPLAT, Operator of the NPDC/SEPLAT JV is seeking qualified Contractors for the Provision of Corporate Integrated Travels Management Services. In line with SEPLAT’S policy to ensure employees, partners and external parties working with the company are given a conducive environment when working and traveling on business trips. There is need to ensure we continually receive world class and quality travel services which this contract will address. The contract for provision of Corporate Integrated Travels Management Services is required for our day to day operations in Nigeria and across various locations around the world. To achieve this, SEPLAT intends to run a competitive travel services bid for all her assets. SEPLAT invites submission from reputable Nigerian registered companies having world class experience in Integrated Travels Management Services for major Oil and Gas companies. The contract duration is Two (2) years plus One (1)

2.0 SERVICES REQUIRED/SCOPE OF WORK:
As a minimum requirement, the selected Vendors shall have the necessary experience, capability and shall be fully responsible for the provision of service as detailed in the table below:

SEPLAT PETROLEUM DEVE LOPMENT COMPANY PLC (ON BEHALF OF THE NPDC/SEPLAT JOINT VENTURES) TENDER OPPORTUNITY: THE PROVISION OF CORPORATE INTEGRATED TRAVELS MANAGEMENT SERVICES III)               Issue tickets for all SEPLAT local travels to Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Benin, Warri, and any other designated routes within Nigeria using only SEPLAT approved Airlines IV)               Issue tickets for all SEPLAT International travels to Europe, USA, UAE, etc. to make reservations on all IATA airlines, assign seat numbers on most of the airlines worldwide, making special request, e.g Special meals, wheelchairs, meet & greet etc. on most airlines worldwide, inserting frequent Flyer numbers on almost all airlines, reconfirmation on most airlines booked on the system, effect changes to reservations on all bookings made from the system, looking at fares to destinations on various airlines for comparison and providing SEPLAT with any special travel market intelligence that comes to their knowledge by virtue of their close relationship with most airlines. V)                 Make recommendations to the company for the best economic network routes to use without compromising comfort, safety, security and convenience of the traveler. This would be used by the company for comparison and decision making. VI)               Find better solutions on complex routings by using their special expertise on fare construction and in depth knowledge of the trade and to develop and deploy a self-booking tool. VII)             To provide the Company with comprehensive management information reports daily and on request, covering all services (local and international travel, hotel, visa, travel insurance, protocol services, etc) booked by the Company through the Contractor. VIII)           Maintain a cordial relationship with service providers in making sure Company’s personnel are treated with utmost courtesy IX)               Issuance of tickets in a timely manner for all International and local routes. X)                 Identify a chain of hotels at Company’s specified locations (e.g Europe, USA, UAE) and negotiate competitive corporate rates for the benefit of Company considering service volume. Where company has already secured corporate rates, the contractor shall be advised to note and apply the rates on all company official reservations in the hotels. XI)               Make hotel reservations and follow up with confirmations in Company’s approved Hotels at specified locations of SEPLAT business XII)             Provide Corporate Gold and Platinum cards for travelers’ use at hotels abroad if the need arises XIII)           Provide protocol services and airport assistance at designated Domestic and International Airports as required; obtaining boarding passes for company passengers in advance whenever the airline allows such and also providing and rendering associated services such as Yellow Cards, Travel Insurance, Transit visas, expatriate visas, hotel accommodation, transportation etc. XIV)           Provide two (2) on site personnel and Protocol Staff whose qualifications/sense of responsibility and integrity meet company standards XV)             Coordinate the arrangement and provision of ground transportation service in all specified locations requested. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Vendor shall be responsible to meet SEPLAT vendor registration requirements, corporate governance and policy standards upon successful completion of tendering process. The Vendor shall be responsible to meet any FAAN and International Immigration Travels obligations relating to the provision of services to SEPLAT.
