1. Complete company documents: kindly provide your CAC Registration for vendors not previously registered with CCCRN.
2. Validity of quotation: indicate the period for which your quotation remains valid
3. Payment terms: specify your payment terms
4. Delivery terms: provide details on delivery timelines and conditions

Should your organization be successful in the bid selection process, note that (as statutory requirement) our organization shall withhold and remit to the tax authority the appropriate tax rate under which your professional services falls and a performance bond (PB) will be requested from you if your transaction falls within that threshold.

We are VAT exempt as an organization (NGO).

All quotes must be submitted on or before the close of business on 18th September 2024 in HARD COPIES IN A SEALED envelope to the procurement officer CCCRN or No. 2 Babatope Jakaiye Crescent Jahi District, Abuja FCT.
