RENOVATION OF GIZ ECOWAS CLUSTER FACILITIES, ESPECIALLY BATHROOMS AND INNER DOORS

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its “ECOWAS Cluster, OD Project, in Abuja, Nigeria” commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, invites qualified construction companies to express their interest, for the project described below:

The structure comprises of 4 two-storey residential buildings with 8 semi-detached apartment units in a secluded compound in Asokoro, Abuja. The scope of work comprises the renovation and renewal of 48 bathrooms, incl. tiles and accessories, renovation and repair of all inner doors incl. frames and door handles, renovation of electrical distribution boards, installation of LED light fittings in selected places, painting of all iron grills, construction of 2 new entry bathrooms, establishing of a reception area and a 4- room conference centre, establishing of a signage system for offices and compound, and provision of selected furniture items.
