REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE EQUIPMENT UPGRADE AND MANAGEMENT CONCESSION OF THE HARMONY ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, ILORIN, KWARA STATE

Harmony Advanced Diagnostic Centre located at Asa Dam Road, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria is a state-of-the-art modern healthcare facility, with a mission to ensure the consistent provision of reliable comprehensive diagnostic and allied healthcare services and is a sole investor enterprise of Harmony Holdings Limited which is owned by the Kwara State Government (KWSG).

The center has both imaging and laboratory wings. The laboratory wing of the centre is complemented with the equipment for the various laboratories with assortments of machines required to perform all major qualitative and quantitative clinical screenings and test procedures. The imaging wing is equipped with advanced diagnostic machines such as 3D Magnetic Resonance Image Module, ultrasound Scan, ECG, Mammography X-ray machine, Fluoroscopy, 16-slides, and 64-slides CT scan machine all complete with dedicated UPS.

1. BACKGROUND
In furtherance of the turnaround management of all state-owned enterprises under the management of Harmony Holdings, Harmony Advanced Diagnostic Centre (HADC) is undergoing a reform towards the enhancement of its productivity and maximization of its profitability. There is, therefore, a need for the upgrade of some operational equipment at the center and the improvement of its management performance. This is desired to improve our qualitative diagnostic services delivery to meet the growing demand of residents of Ilorin and Kwara State in particular and its surrounding locations in general.

We hereby request for expression of Interest from qualified and experienced Organizations with the technical and financial capacity to invest the required resources to facilitate the extensive equipment upgrade and thereafter provide management for the diagnostic facility for a pre-agreed period under a concession arrangement.
