EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
TO DO BUSINESS WITH, INTEGRATED HEALTH PROJECTS (IHP)

SECTION A: BACKGROUND
The Integrated Health Program (HP) – Nigeria is a USAID/Nigeria funded five-year flagship project which started in 2018 and is aimed at strengthening the health systems for improved access to and quality of PHC services in supported States in Nigeria.

IHP covers seven intervention areas: Health Systems strengthening; Maternal Health; New-born Health; Child Health; Reproductive Health/Family Planning: Nutrition, and Malaria.

The project will be implemented at the National level and in Ebonyi, Kebbi, Sokoto, FCT, and the Bauchi States.

In compliance with procurement best practices, IHP is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Interested, competent, and qualified, duly established companies in Ebonyi, Kebbi, Sokoto, Abuja-FCT, and Bauchi to participate in the prequalification exercise in any of the areas of specialized categories of goods, services or works below:

IHP002 Hotel Services (E.g. Accommodation for training, workshop & seminar, provision of lunch, tea breaks, etc.)
IHP003 Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers, fire alarms, and related accessories
IHP004 Catering Services and Food Vendors (E.g. group lunch, tea, and refreshment, etc)
IHP005 Facility Maintenance Company (e.g. for Plumbing, electrical and structural repairs, etc)
IHP006 Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance (e.g. Preventive and corrective repairs, parts replacements, etc.)
IHP007 Computers and Printers repairs (eg, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacements and supplies).
IHP008 Printing and Publishing (Eg. Tools/materials printing, banners, posters, and job aids, etc)
IHP009 Stationeries and Office Supplies (Eg. A4 Papers, Toners, Training materials, etc)
IHP010 Office Furniture and Fittings Supplies
IHP011 Car Hire Services (Eg. Hourly/daily rate for sedans, minibuses, within and interstate, etc.)

SECTION C: SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
A company cannot express interest in more than three (3) categories. Hard copies of the EOls documents should be bound together, guided by the following: (a) must have an operational presence for each category in Ebonyi, Kebbi, Sokoto, Abuja-FCT, and Bauchi States (b) sealed in an envelope and marked on the top right side with category reference. Example “IHP001 GENERATOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE”. All categories with full documentation and requirement that will make it eligible. The EOI submission must be addressed and submitted to State Director of Finance and Administration, USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP), and submitted to the location(s) of interest as listed below:
