Notice is hereby given by the Central Bank of Nigeria on behalf of DMO that the Federal Government of Nigeria Treasury Bills of 91, 182 and 364-day tenors amounting to N20, 372, 790, 000 ; N31,751,846,000 and N145,475,021,000 respectively would be issued by Dutch auction on Thursday, August 27, 2020. All Money Market Dealers should submit bids through the CBN S4 WEB INTERFACE between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

Each bid must be in multiple of N1,000 subject to a minimum of N50,001,000 Authorized Money Market Dealers can submit multiple bids. A bid may be for authorized Money Market Dealers own account, non-Money Market Dealers or interested members of the public. The result of the auction would be announced by 1.00p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. The Bank reserves the right to reject any bid.

The FEDERAL AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF NIGERIA (FAAN) is a Government Agency under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Aviation, established by Decree 45 of 1976 as the Nigerian Airports Authority (NAA), to oversee the operations and maintenance of all Federal Airports and now operating under CAP F5 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

The aviation industry in Nigeria has witnessed phenomenal growth in the last decade and this growth is expected to continue with the ongoing implementation of the Aviation Sector Roadmap of the Federal Government. Part of the roadmap is the construction of a Light Rail at the Murtala Muhammed International airport Lagos to link all the Terminals and facilitate movement of people within and around the Airport.

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) intends to procure the services of a reputable and highly qualified Transaction Adviser (TA) for the development of a Light Rail to link all the Terminals at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Ikeja Lagos in line with the provision of the Public Procurement Act, while the procurement of
• Organisation and preparation where necessary, of supporting documentation to be made available to bidders (including technical analysis);
• Preparation of bidding documents and assist in negotiation with one or more parties prior to contract award:
• Management of other advisory inputs and overall management of the advisory team to ensure a successful transaction; and
• Social safeguards and environmental issues
The private sector partner (concessionaire) will follow the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) Establishment Act and the National Policy on PPP.
