GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR 2020 CAPITAL AND RECURRENT PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Petroleum Resources has appropriated funds in the 2020 Capital and Recurrent Budget For the execution of its projects.

2. Accordingly, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Ministry hereby notifies all interested and qualified Contractors and Consultants with relevant experience for consideration for the execution of the following under-listed projects.

S/N PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1 Renovation/Rehabilitation works;
2 Office Stationeries/Computer Consumables:
3 Office equipment/Furniture;
4 Cleaning and Fumigation Services;
5 Printing of MPR Various Protocols:
6 Maintenance Services
7 Consultancy Services on:a.      Development and Management of MPR Oil & Gas Database;b.      Coordination of Public Service Reform,c.       Oil and Gas Sector Reforms;d.      Implementation of Seven (7) Big Wins;e.      Automation of MPR Operation and E-Library:f.        Development of Critical Managerial Competencies including International Public Sectorg.      Accounting Standard (IPSAS) for the Oil & Gas Sector in MPR:h.      National Oil & Gas Production Economic Model:i.        Nigerian Oil & Gas Pipeline Infrastructure Rebirth, andj.        MPR Communication and Public Management

3. Attention of all interested and reputable Contractors and Service Providers are drawn to the following:
i. The Procurement of the projects listed above will be subjected to Due Process Mechanism which would be transparent to all interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate.
ii. Bidders are advised to kindly be on the lookout for Specific Procurement Notice within the year when these projects would further be defined by the conclusion of the 2020 Appropriation and Budgetary Releases, and
iii. Specific projects will be published in the National Dailies, Federal Tenders Journal, and the Notice Board of the Ministry as well as the Ministry’s website (www.mpr.com).
