INVITATION FOR BID

1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Wealth Creation, Empowerment and Employment Generation, Damaturu, Yobe State, in line with Public Procurement Law (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested Vendors/Suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

2. SCOPE OF WORK

• CONSTRUCTION OF 16KM OF 10.3M TARRED ROAD DAMATURU TO GAMBIR WITH A SPUR LINKING MADURI – BEN – KALIO AREA AND SHAGO UKU AT DON ETIEBET HOUSING AREA.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
• Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2021, 2022, 2023
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
• Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement

4. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Wealth Creation, Empowerment and Employment Generation.

5. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked tender Document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 7th October 2024.

6. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00)
