INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE AS PART OF 2020 CAPITAL PROJECT

1. INTRODUCTION
The National Park National Park wishes to undertake the construction of bridge along Qua River Road in Cross river National park under the 2020 Appropriation Act. Consequently, the service invites interested, competent and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good track records to tender for the execution of this project, in compliance with the public procurement Act 2007.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS

1 PKS-W1-CRNP Construction of 16 Meters Bridge along Qua River Road. Cross River National Park Akamkpa

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents
i. Certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) including form CAC2 & CAC7
ii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificates For the last three years (2017, 2018 & 2019) valid till 31st December 2020, corresponding with declared turnover in the Audit Reports; with minimum average turnover of N10 million
iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid 31st December, 2020
iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020.
v. Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December 2020;
vi. Evidence of Registration with the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December 2020 or a valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement
vii. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Park Service or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
viii. Company Audited Account for the last three years (2017, 2018 & 2019) by a qualified Auditor.
ix. Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the Project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
x. Company Profile. C.V and Professional qualifications of key personnel with evidence of registration with Relevant Professional Bodies e.g. COREN, QSRBN ARCON, CORBON etc.;
xi. Verifiable list of at least three (3) similar jobs successfully executed in the last 5 years including Letters of Award of Contracts and Job Completion Certificates
xii. List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease;
xiii. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number, and E-mail address. The Letter Head Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the Firm.
