INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE DRY DOCKING AND MACHINERY OVERHAUL OF VESSEL

A. INTRODUCTION
The Management of Nigerian Ports Authority hereby invites reputable vessel repair companies to tender for the dry docking and machinery overhaul of the under listed Pilot Cutter.

1. P/C HINNA (PILOT CUTTER) PORT – HARCOURT

B. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of Services shall include but not limited to the following:
Dry docking; General services; Painting; Vessel marking; Safety/Fire Equipment; Superstructure and Main deck; Valves and Piping System; Machinery Overhaul; Engine room and Gear Box; Propulsion unit and Electrical Installation; Bunker and Lubricant; Classification.
Further information is contained in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) to be issued to interested bidders.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing for an amount of US$ 98 million from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) towards the cost of the Bilingual Education Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for Civil Works (Construction of thirty (30) Units) of Bilingual Education Boarding Schools in Nine (9) States).

INTRODUCTION
The CLEEN FOUNDATION (formerly known as Centre for Law Enforcement Education) is a non-governmental organization established in January 1998 with the mission of promoting public safety, security, and accessible justice through the strategies of empirical research, legislative advocacy, demonstration programs and publications, in partnership with government and civil society. The CLEEN Foundation works through its headquarters in Abuja and three regional offices in Benin, Lagos and Owerri to implement program and projects across Nigeria and the West Africa sub region. Towards meeting CLEEN’s research mandate, the organization is frequently contracting printing services, consisting primarily of documents in form of policy briefs, monographs and books. Thus, through a competitive bidding process, CLEEN Foundation wishes to invite applications from suitable printers to submit quotations for the printing and Production of Report on the Aforementioned Publication
