REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. CONSULTANCY SERVICES: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ORGANISATIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR ONDO STATE WATER CORPORATION UNDER THE ONDO URBAN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT.
The Ondo State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the “Agence Française de Développement (AFD) for the implementation of the Ondo State Urban Water Supply Project under the National Urban Water Sector Reform Program III (NJWSRP II), of which Ondo State is one of the Final Beneficiaries.

2. The principal objectives of the project is to increase the coverage, continuity and quality of a sustainable water supply service in Akure, Ondo State, and improve the financial viability and governance of the sector

3. The Ondo State Water Corporation now intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing for the following services organisational and institutional technical assistance at Ondo State and ODWC level. The services of the consultant shall include inter alia the activities as follows:

a. State Level
– Change Management and Capacity Development Program
– Institutional Technical Assistance for an improved Water Regulatory Body

b. ODWC
Change Management and Capacity Development Program
– Reorganisation and Personnel Development
– General Management and Human Resource Improvement
– Computerisation and other IT improvements including Website and Client Payment

c. Systems
– Financial Management and Control Improvement
– Commercial Operation Improvement
– Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction
– Operation and Maintenance Improvement
