THE PROJECT
The UK support for health transformation in Nigeria through the Lafiya programme is a flexible, demand-led strategic partnership with the Nigerian federal and targeted state governments designed to address equity, improve and sustain health outcomes for the most vulnerable states with the worst health statistics. The objectives of the programme include fostering an enabling environment for UHC policy reform and implementation, institutional management capacity building and health system strengthening. This requires the full engagement and participation of communities with a view to contributing to ending preventable maternal and newborn deaths. The focuses on contributing to three outcome (1) substantially increased health financing (SDG 3.c) (2) improved coverage of integrated essential health services and health emergency preparedness (SDG 3.8 and SDG 3.d); and (3) improved access to sexual and reproductive health services (SDG 3.7).
The Lafiya programme is seeking to invite suppliers of goods and services to express interest in participating to a tender process to prequalify suppliers or service providers who are able to provide cost effective, quick and quantity delivery of goods and services to enable seamless programme implementation in the specified locations:

Your expression of interest (EOI) response must be received in the following format:
• A cover letter of EOI’s to be submitted on official headed paper stating clearly stating the types of goods or services for which interest is expressed and for which location.
• Additional documentation demonstrating compliance with essential criteria and the fulfillment of the preferred criteria for interest that are listed below:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. Expression of interest cover letter in your company’s letter head.
2. Company profile details to including registered address(es), functional email address (es), telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization
3. Evidence of corporate registration/incorporation with CAC
4. Evidence of tax registration accompanied with clearance/certificate for the last three financial years (2021, 2022 and 2023)
5. Latest audited business report (if applicable)
6. List of key clients
7. At least 3 client’s references for work that have been performed within the last three years (copies of letters of award or successful completion certificates and/or supporting reference letters should be attached).
Preferred criteria
1. Evidence of public liability insurance
2. Evidence of professional indemnity
Please make an effort to reduce the total file size of email attachments as much as possible. The pre-qualification process will in no way obligates LAFIYA programme to select or award a contract, nor does it commit LAFIYA programme to any cost incurred by the organization in preparing and submitting the application document.

Obligations;
Lafiya programme will not reimburse respondents for the costs incurred with preparing a response, nor does issuance of this EOI oblige the Lafiya programme to award a subcontract or issue purchase orders. If a vendor is found to have made false or misleading clams or statements, we reserve the right to reject any EOI submitted by or on behalf of a vendor.
Please note that applicable withholding taxes (WHT) will be deducted from the invoice value of eligible supplies in compliance with Nigerian tax laws.
Clarification of submissions:
LAFIYA programme may require a respondent to submit additional information in order to better judge a response.
LAFIYA programmes reserves he right to disqualify vendors who provide incomplete information.
