1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Environment is desirous to address the spate of waste management challenges that is confronting the State due to increase in number of the populace and refuse generation in recent time. The Ministry is also pleased to consolidate the rate of refuse collection in order to address the menace of refuse disposal and challenges regarding waste management in Ilorin metropolis. To this end, the Ministry is therefore delighted to invite reputable and competent Companies with relevant experience and good track records to submit bids for the execution of the project.
