OYSIPA/02/01 Cultural Centre  Makola, Ibadan The Cultural Centre sits atop the Mokola Hill, Ibadan elegantly overlooking the Agodi Parks and Gardens. This centrally located architectural masterpiece is homed in one of the most thriving hospitality and tourism hotspots of ibadan city. The facilities and functionalities are in dire need of restoration as it was originally designed to be a cultural pride of South West Nigeria.
OYSIPA/02/02 Agodi Gardens (Phase 2)  Agodi, Ibadan About 55 Ha of prime land has been allocated for the development of Agodi Parks and Gardens (Phase 2) into a premium eco-tourism recreational and conferencing facility.The Phase 1 of Agodi Parks and Gardens Is currently a top recreation and entertainment destination in Nigeria.
OYSIPA/02/03 Vacant Land Agodi (Proposed Hotel)  Agodi, Ibadan About 3.5 Hectares of prime fenced land at Mokola Hill proposed for a 4-star hotel. This land is just adjacent the Agodi Parks and Gardens and north of it lies the Cultural Centre, Mokola. Potential synergies exist for an international brand to develop a 4-star hotel and conferencing centre which can be connected with the eco-tourism activities of the Agodi Parks and Gardens, thereby creating a vibrant hospitality and tourism hub in Oyo State.

OYSIPA/02/05 Tran Motel (4.345 of land) Jericho, Ibadan About 4.345 Hectares of multipurpose prime landtucked nicely in a highbrow area of This area offers one of the best and serene locations for prime real estate development.
OYSIPA/02/06 Quarter 18A and 18B (about 9,000 sqm) Kudeti Avenue, Onireke, Ibadan About 9000m of multipurpose prime land in the heart of the Onireke/ Jericho axis of Ibadan.
OYSIPA/02/07 Integrated Waste Recycling Project  Orita- Aperin, Ibadan. An integrated solid waste recycling facility at Orita-Aperin ibadan. It had a capacity of recycling up to 6 Tonnes of organic waste into fertilizer, 2 Tonnes of nylon/plastic waste, and 1 Tonne of scrap metal per day.
OYSIPA/02/08 Burnt Bricks Factory Oloba Burnt Brick Factory located at Oloba area of Ibadan is available for reactivation in partnership with Oyo State Government.
OYSIPA/02/09 iyake Suspended Lake Ado Awaye The Iyake Lake is the only recognized suspended/hanging lake in Africa – one of the only two in the world after the Hanging Lake in Colorado.
OYSIPA/02/10 Bowers Tower Oke-Are, Ibadan Bower’s Tower can be seen at the top of Oke Are, the highest hill in Ibadan, from which one enjoys a commanding view of the city. The tower is 60 feet high and 11 feet square with two entrances and a spiral staircase that leads to the top of the tower. It has a park attached and could be a recreational site for adults and kids alike.
