The USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP) is a USAID/Nigeria Funded five-year flagship Program, aimed at strengthening the health system, increasing access to and improving the quality of primary health care (PHC) services in supported states in Nigeria. IHP, which started in January 2018 will be implemented at the Federal level and in FCT, Kebbi, Bauchi, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Ebonyi states.

Integrated Health Program-Nigeria Country Office is inviting eligible and reputable printing companies to express interest in printing training materials which would be used in conducting competency-based training for Health workers in FCT, Kebbi, Bauchi, Kebbi, Sokoto and Ebonyi states.

EVALUATION & SELECTION CRITERIA

This section is important and should be given due attention while completing your application. There will not be assumptions or presumptions on what is submitted, incomplete, or assumed to be submitted during evaluation. Incomplete information submission may lead to rejection or poor appraisal of proposal submission. Any company submitting a proposal should endeavour to send in a very comprehensive one highlighting how it intends to meet up all the requirements of IHP as highlighted above.
(1) Company profile details to include registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
(2) Evidence of company registration, that is Certificate of incorporation (with Corporate Affairs Commission)
(3) Tax Clearance Certificate for 2017, 2018, and 2019
(4) Evidence of turnover of 50million and Above in 2019
(5) Evidence of managing at least 3 large contracts worth more than NGN30, 000,000.
(6) Clients reference for work which has been performed within the last five years (copies of letters of ward & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached).

A. INTRODUCTION
EROTON E&P Company Limited; the operator of NNPC/Eroton JV invites interested and reputable contractors with a track record of human resource management to tender for the provision of third-party manpower services in support of Eroton’s operations.

B. SCOPE OF WORK
The Service includes the provision of third-party manpower services in support of Eroton operations. The contractor shall be responsible for the provision of the following:
Provision of LOCAL Delegates. Contractor’s contractual obligations shall include, but not limited to:
(i) Provision of Third-Party Manpower delegates
(ii) Mobilizing selected delegates to work on Eroton sites and locations
(iii) Ensuring that their delegates are covered by the company-approved HMO providers
(iv) Ensuring the timely deductions and remittance of statutory and contractual fees (PIT, Pension Contributions, Insurance etc)
The contract duration shall be for a period of three (3) firm years plus one (1) year optional extension.

C. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
(i) To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified under the following NJQS product codes; 3.18.18 – Manpower supply, Temporary Staff Hiring Technical, Employment agency, Long/ Medium/Short term, Recruitment agency and 3.18.19 – Manpower Supply, Temporary Staff Hiring Administration categories of the NipeX Joint Qualification (NJQS) Database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in the afore mentioned categories will receive Invitation to Technical Tender (ITT).
(ii) To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for: Open http://vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your log in details. Click on Products/Services Status tab to view your status and product codes.
(iii) If you are not listed in a product/service category you are registered with DPR to do business, contact NipeX office at 8, Bayo Kuku Street, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
(iv) To initiate the JQS pre-qualification process, access www.nipex-ng.com click on services tab followed by NJQS registration.
(v) To be eligible, all tenderers must comply with the requirements of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, 2010. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification from bidding for this opportunity.

In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces a twenty-one (21) working days public display on the draft ESIA submitted by Oodua Infraco Resources Limited.

This display is to enable the public make input that shall facilitate informed decision taken by the Ministry on the project.

BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The proposed project, aimed at helping in the expansion of network infrastructure across the country and to provide more efficient services to local customers, shall involve the construction and installation of 7,500km of backbone and Metro Fibre network in southwest region and some neighboring states in the North Central region namely Kogi and Kwara states.
