1.     INTRODUCTION:
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN) operator of the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture, plan to engage reputable Telecommunication Companies for the Offshore Microwave Network 4GB Bandwidth Capacity Upgrade which interconnects MPN’s field locations for an anticipated contract term of three (3) years with one (1) year optional renewal period Contract is expected to commence in 2020.

2.    SCOPE OF WORK
This project covers the upgrade of MPN’s existing microwave network which interconnects several onshore/offshore locations within the NNPC/MPN JV operating areas. This microwave network currently supports critical business voice, data and video communications on a continuous basis and the upgrade will be required to provide a minimum network-wide scalable bandwidth capacity of two (2) gigabits.

The general scope of work for this project will be as follows:
Carryout detailed Path and Site analysis/surveys required for upgrade of all microwave network links listed below and develop detailed low level designs for the new circuits using the Aviat WTM45xx series radios and existing frequencies as provided by MPN.
Decommissioning of existing Aviat CTR 87xx radios and ODUs
Supply and Installation of Aviat WTM45xx radios and corresponding antennas
Integrate upgraded links with existing Provision Network management application
Provision of post-installation maintenance and support for entire microwave network.

1.0 INTRODUCTION:
In line with NPDC/SEPLAT JV ’s short- and long-term business plans, there is need to expand the existing pipelines and bulklines networks, manifolds, including fabrication/installation of process piping within Seplat Western Asset (OML-4, 38 and 41). This call-off contract is required to ensure expedited construction and hook-up of oil bulklines/manifold and gas flowlines from the wellhead, remote manifolds to the central processing facilities (flowstations/gas plants) and reduce manhours/ resources spent in tendering for each bulkline/manifold construction activity. Qualified contractors shall need to demonstrate capability in pipeline construction and fabrication works for 6-inches diameter pipes and above for onshore and shallow waters terrain within the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. The proposed strategy will utilize the NipeX contracting platform to run the tendering process.

1.INTRODUCTION
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), Operator of NNPC/ MPN Joint Venture plans to engage the services of a competent and qualified contractor, for the Provision of Integrated Facilities Management Services at Company Locations to support her operations within the NNPC/ MPN Joint Venture (JV) acreage for an anticipated contract term that will be two (2), three (3) or five (5) years. Final Contract term will be at the sole discretion of the JV at the time of Contract Award.

2.SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes but not limited to the following:
i.Housekeeping – Janitorial, Landscaping Maintenance, Pest Control/Fumigation etc.
ii.Furniture Maintenance, Security Sangers Maintenance, Potable water supply
iii.Cable TV / DSTV, Internet Services
iv.Structural/Building Façade/Civil Maintenance & Repair – Painting /Touch up, Carpentry, Roofing Systems, Exterior Preventive Maintenance
v.Mechanical Maintenance – Life safety Systems, Atrium Hoist System, HVAC, cold rooms etc.
vi.Plumbing including – Pumping System, Boreholes, Storage, Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant vii. Fire Protection- Fire Sprinkler System (Wet & Dry), Fire Alarm
vii.Electrical Maintenance – Medium/High Voltage Switchgears, Power Distribution Systems.
