1. INTRODUCTION
Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) intends to put in place an open contract for provision of catering/cleaning service at NAOC AREAS OF OPERATIONS OB/OB, Samabri, Kwale, IRRI, Brass, Obama, Tebidaba, Clough Creek, Beniboye, Ogboingbiri, PHC BASE. The proposed contract will cover a period of three (3) years duration plus one (1) year optional extension.

1. This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Transforming Irrigation Management in Nigeria (TRIMING) project that appeared in development business dated February 5, 2015.
2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the Transforming Irrigation Management in Nigeria (TRIMING) project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for the procurement and Installation of (FM radio) Equipment and Associated furnishing of TRIMING project FM Stations at Bakolori Irrigation Scheme (BIS), Hadejia Valley Irrigation Scheme (HVIS), Kano River Irrigation Scheme (KRIS), Middle Rima Valley Irrigation Scheme (MRVIS) and Dadin-Kowa Irrigation Scheme (DKIS).
3. The Federal Ministry of Water Resources through the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Transforming Irrigation Management in Nigeria (TRIMING) project now invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for procurement and Installation of (FM Radio) equipment and associated furnishing for TRIMING project FM stations at Bakolori Irrigation Scheme (BIS), Hadejia valley Irrigation Scheme (HVIS), Kano River Irrigation Scheme (KRIS), Middle Rima Valley Irrigation Scheme (MRVIS) and Dadin-Kowa Irrigation Scheme (DKIS).
