The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) for the cost of Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP). The Rural Electrification Agency (REA), the implementing Agency of the FGN, intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Provision of Legal Support Services to the Project Management Unit (PMU).

The Federal Republic of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development, has received financing from the World Bank and the L’Agence Francaise de Development (French Development Agency of AFD) and on-lent the financing to thirteen participating states namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau and Sokoto) toward the cost of Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of the financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services.
