The DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT (GIZ) GMBH, Programme for Migration and Development (PME), financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure 362 Units of Office Furniture in two (2) Lots by delivery to Lagos and Abuja with the following but not limited specification:

Lot 1: 309 Units of Furniture which include the following: Reception Desk, Podium, Foldable Chair, Foldable Table, Executive Office Chair, Cabinet, High Bar stools, Training Hall Tables, Couch, Office desk with movable Drawers, Office desk with movable Drawers, Executive Office Chairs High Kitchen Tablo, Workstations of 4 with movable drawers, coffee Table with Chairs, Couch Conference Table to sit 10 People, Plastic Chairs, Plastic Tables

LSETF was established by the LAGOS STATE EMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND Law of 2016 to prepare Lagos State residents through the acquisition of skills to get better jobs to tackle unemployment and enable wealth creation.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nations global development network. It advocates for change and connects countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life for themselves.

LSETF intends to collaborate with UNDP on an Employability Programme to produce 2,000 skilled manpower (Trainees”) in 2 years to carter for demands in key sectors. For this purpose, the programme has commenced its requests for Proposal applications from qualified technical partners.

Project Overview
PSI’s Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Department supports programs in 37 countries (and counting) to deliver high-quality family planning and safe abortion services to women and girls. Among the department’s current projects is Delivering Innovation in Self-Care (DISC)—a five-year intervention that is funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) and jointly implemented by PSI and the Society for Family Health (SFH) – Nigeria. DISC aims to catalyze women’s self-injection of DMPA-SC contraception in Nigeria and Uganda, and more broadly to spark a self-care movement across healthcare systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Transwonderland Nigeria Plc, owners of the Trans Amusement Park Is located at the Old Airport, Bodija, Ibadan. It is jointly owned by the Oyo State Government through the Oyo State Finance and Investment Company Limited (OSFICOL), Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), and other Nigerians. It is situated on 27 hectares of land housing the Amusement Park and a Shopping Arcade.

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF LOCAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES (LFFS) FOR NIGERIA LNG LIMITED

INTRODUCTION
NIGERIA LNG LIMITED (NLNG) requires a vendor to provide Local Freight Forwarding Services (LFFS) to support maintenance and production activities in its Plant in Bonny, River State, Nigeria, NING hereby invites LFFS providers with experience, capacity, and all regulatory permits and licenses required for LFFS to express their interest to participate in the tendering for this service.

SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
The LFFS required will include but are not limited to:
• Expeditious clearance of NLNG Cargo (sea and air freight) from the port of arrival in Nigeria and land Transportation from Port of Arrival to NLNG Operating Support Base in Port Harcourt. This includes expeditious application and processing of pre clearance documentations like SONCAP Shipment Certificate, Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PAAR) etc.
• Conduct Customs Export Clearance for repair and return of materials la global locations by sea/air freight and courier.
• Processing of temporary importation permit for rectal import.

COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION
The expected date of commencement of the service is 1st October 2020 and the duration will be three (3) years with an option to extend at NLNG sole discretion.

PRE- QUALIFICATION
A pre-qualification exercise of interested LFFS providers will be carried out and only successful applicants will be invited to provide a competitive tender for this service.

To be considered for pre-qualification, interested companies are required to submit the following documents for consideration:
• Valid Customs clearing license, and a Form C30 for Port Harcourt International Airport and Sea Ports.
• Tax Clearance Certificates for the post three (3) years i.e. 2017, 2018 and 2019 and Nigerian Tax Registration identification Number
• Details of relevant verifiable experience of LFFS provision that has been undertaken as main contractor over the past five (5) years.
• Acknowledgment of willingness to undergo NLNG and Third-Party audits
• Confirmation of willingness to operate in strict accordance with the NLNG Business Principles.
• DPR permit
• Any additional information that will enhance the potential of the company
