1. Akesan Market, Oyo State was established about 56 years ago. A Traditional Market that satisfies the yearnings of entire populace of Oyo Environs and the State in general with regards to exchanging of goods and services. It consisted of about Six Hundred and Fourteen (514) number of both lock-up shops and open stalls as well as 2storey buildings and many ware houses. The unfortunate fire Incident of January, 5th 2020 engulfed the whole market thus necessitating the need for reconstruction of Ultra-Market Complex.
