(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund(NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31stDecember, 2020;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR)expiring on 31st December, 2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;

(k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
(l) List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/lease (where applicable);
(m) Project E: Evidence of Firm’s current registration with relevant professional body(ies);
(n) Project D: Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Councils approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorised representatives should bid for the vehicles;

Interested bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement, University of Ibadan on evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender fee ofN10,000 per Lot. The Tender fee should be paid into University of Ibadan’s TSA account and evidence of payment should be taken to the Cash Office of Bursary to obtain University Official Receipt. However, interested consultants are exempted from paying tender fees.

3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A& B)
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired four (4Nos.) copies of the Technical Bid and Four (4No.) copy of the Financial Bid packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” as applicable. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed/delivered to: The Secretary, Procurement Planning Committee, Procurement Unit, University of Ibadan and labeled “TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL BID” with the “PROJECT NAME/TITLE” and “LOT NO” clearly written on the top Right-Hand corner. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. Closing date for submission of bids is 12:00 noon on Monday, 26th October, 2020.

4. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY C)
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (Eol) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as stated in 5. Above; and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 28th September, 2020.

5. OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS
The EOI documents and Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submissions at 12:00 noon on Monday, 28th September, 2020 and 12:00 noon on Monday, 26th October, 2020 respectively, in the Senate Chamber of the University, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that the Bid Submission Register is signed in the Procurement Office, as the University of Ibadan will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.

A. INTRODUCTION
Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a global health nonprofit organization, uses proven approaches developed over AO years to help leaders, health managers, and communities in developing nations build stronger health systems for greater wealth impact. We work to save lives by closing the gap between knowledge and action in public health. Since its founding m 1971, MSH has worked in over ISO countries with policymakers, health professionals, and health care consumers to improve the quality, availability, and affordability of health services. Working with governments, donors, organizations, the private sector, and health agencies, MSH responds to priority health problems and AIDS; tuberculosis; malaria; maternal, newborn and child health; family planning and reproductive health; and chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and lung and heart disease. Through strengthening capacity, “vesting in health systems innovation, building the evidence base, and advocating for sound public health policy, MSH is committed to making a lasting difference in global health.

PMI-5 a five-year USAID-funded malaria project in Nigeria implemented by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) with an expected coverage of eight states: Akwa Ibom, Benue, Cross River, Ebonyi, Nasarawa, Oyo, Plateau, and Zamfara.

The goal of the project is to contribute to the National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP) vision of achieving a malaria free Nigeria” and the PMI Strategy 2015-2020 goal to further reduce malaria deaths and substantially decrease malaria morbidity toward the long-term goal of elimination. This goal will be achieved through interventions aimed at enhancing both the supply of and demand for malaria-related services within a stronger health system. Successful implementation of the proposed interventions is expected to result in improved coverage of quality malaria services, a strengthened health system for delivering higher quality malaria services; improved demand for and use of malaria case management services; and improvements in the drug-based malaria prevention. MSH Oyo State Office is requesting interested and qualified companies that meet the below requirement to submit the required documentation (please see section B below) for review and registration as vendors. INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2020 CAPITAL PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Federal Government Girls College, Gwandu, Kebbi State, in the 2020 Appropriation Act for the procurement of Goods and Works towards achieving the mandate of the College. Accordingly, the College wishes to invite reputable companies with relevant proven competence and experience to submit tenders for the execution of the following Projects:

2. SCOPE OF WORKS

LOT W2 Renovation of science laboratory
LOT W3 Provision of solar powered light to admin block and class room area

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC2 and CAC7;
b. Evidence of Company’s Incomes Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2017,2018 & 2019) valid till 31st December, 2020; with minimum average turnover of N20 million;
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020;
d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December. 2020:
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December. 2020;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors. Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
g. Sworn Affidavit disclosing: Whether or not any officer of the relevant committee of the Federal Government Girls College, Gwandu, Kebbi State or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in all particulars.
h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the past three years (2017,2018 and 2019)
i. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating declaration Bank willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project or the contractor can fund the project if awarded;
j. Company Profile with the Curriculum vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN,ARCON,CORBON etc
k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards. Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and photographs of the projects;
l. List of Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease (where applicable);
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate. Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate. NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner); and
n. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address and Telephone Number. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm,

4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The tender documents are to be collected from the Office of the Principal between the working hours of 08:00am and 04:00pm daily upon the payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10.000.00 per Lot to Federal Government Girls College, Gwandu, Kebbi State through REMITA account and present the teller for the college receipt. (The GIFMIS Code for Tenders fee: 1000178009 should be indicated in the appropriate column while generating RRR)
