PROPOSED EXTENSION OF NB CERAMIC 33KV FEEDER TO SAGAD FARMS LIMITED 26KM
1. INTRODUCTION
The Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) is desirous to extend dedicated 33KV Feeder to supply power to SAGAD Farm Ltd around Tiga dam area in Kano under a Third-party Investment arrangement. Interested, competent and reliable Contractors are therefore invited to submit Bids for the execution of the project. The preferred Bidder will enter into a Tripartite Agreement with KEDCO and the MD customer.
2. PROJECT SCOPE:

In this regard, interested Contractors can purchase Bid documents from 6th February 2926 at a non-refundable fee of N100,000.00. 4. TENDER REQUIREMENTS
Interested Bidders are to submit the following documents together with the filled Tender documents.
1. Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration in Nigeria.
2. Photocopy of Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years. (2023 – 2025)
3. Photocopy of Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.
4. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years. (2023, 2024 and 2025), duly signed.
5. Comprehensive Company profile including details of the Management and professional staff and copy of Company Brochure with convincing evidence of competence to undertake the relevant job.
6. NEMSA Certificate
7. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any Officer of the relevant Committee of KEDCO is a former or present Director/Shareholder of has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in all particulars.

The under listed qualification requirements applies to Applicants, including joint ventures
(a) Minimum average Annual Construction turnover for the past three (3) years shall not be below 200 Million Naira (NGN200,000,000.00)
(b) Evidence of Experience of at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity completely executed in the last five years, including final Take-Over Certificate from clients.

INVITATION FOR SOLICITATION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS (YEAR 2025 TETFUND CAREER SERVICE CENTRE INTERVENTION)
1. INTRODUCTION
The Nasarawa State University in compliance with requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant government regulations, the University intends to execute projects under year 2025 TETFund Career Service Centre Intervention.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including forms CAC 2 and CAC 7;
b. Evidence of Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026;
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31/12/2026;
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31/12/2026;
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Training Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31/12/2026;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026 or valid certificate issued by BPP
g. Evidence of compliance with the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
h. Evidence of registration on the national database of contractors, consultants and service providers by BPP or any copy of interim registration report as evidence of compliance with the requirement.
i. A sworn affidavit that none of the officers of the relevant committees of Nasarawa State University, Keffi or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
j. Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years;
k. Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria.
l. Company Profile with curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications;
m. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed.
n. List of Plant and Equipment with Proof of Ownership/Lease Agreement
o. Letter of authorization as representative from the Original Equipment Manufacturers
p. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner)
q. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter headed paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC), as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 4. COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the University Bursary Department in Nasarawa State University, Keffi from the date of this publication between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays. Evidence of payment of N10,000.00 non-refundable fee for the lot should be made through Remita platform to Nasarawa State University, at any commercial bank in Nigeria and must be presented in the Bursary Department before collection of tender documents.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound bids document (Technical & Financial) separated by dividers and arrange as indicated in sealed separate envelopes. Then, the two envelopes would now be inserted into a larger envelop and addressed to the Vice Chancellor Nasarawa State University, Keffi Nasarawa State.
Furthermore, the reverse of the sealed envelope should bear the Name and Address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box, at the University Conference Room in the Central Admin not later than 12:00 noon, Monday February 16, 2026.
YOBE STATE MINISTRY OF BASIC AND SECONDARY EDUCATION
ADOLESCENT GIRLS INITIATIVE FOR LEARNING AND EMPOWERMENT (AGILE) PROJECT
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE SYSTEM STRENGTHENING SUB-COMPONENT (3.1) OF THE AGILE PROJECT IN YOBE STATE.
The Yobe State Government of Nigeria has applied for financing from The World Bank for Credit towards the cost of Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Engagement of An Individual Consultant to Provide Technical Assistance to the System Strengthening Sub – Component (3.1) of the AGILE Project in Yobe State.
The Consulting Services (“the Services”) include; The Project, which consist of three components, seeks among others to improve the quality and efficiency of social service delivery at the state-level thereby promoting social inclusion and strengthening Governance and Public Sector Management, with gender equity and conflict sensitivity as essential elements of Good Governance.
Main Tasks
The approximate implementation period is 48 weeks. The assignment is expected to commence in February, 2026. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment is attached to this Request for expression of interest.
The State Project Coordination under AGILE now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevance experience to perform The Services.
CONSULTANT COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The consultant engaged to undertake the assignment must fulfil the following the knowledge, skills, and expertise required areas outlined below:
1. A master’s degree in education, social Sciences, international development or other related fields.
2. Sound understanding of the relevant national, state, and international legal and policy frameworks that are focused on the rights and empowerment of girls and young women and awareness and focus on issues for addressing the multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination and inequalities to achieve inclusion.
3. A minimum of five years’ experience working in the field of gender related programs, advocacy and policy implementation.
4. Knowledgeable in and committed to a Rights Based Approach to development.
5. Experience in developing policy briefs and development of advocacy/policy messages.
6. Has proven experience in conducting research using various methodologies with a bias to desk research as well as effective use of ICT.
7. Has excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Hausa.
8. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as excellent analytical and report writing skills (concise and clear reporting, good presentation of data and sources of information)
9. Familiarity with social and cultural norms, and attitudes, especially in relation to girls and young women’s empowerment.
Please note that only the experience of the firm and not that of The Key Experts is required at this stage. Your attention is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3, 14, 3, 16, and 3.17 of The World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and revised 2020 setting forth The World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
