FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF DRINKING WATER TO ALIMA NIGERIA

ALIMA is an International humanitarian medical NGO present in Nigeria since 2016 in North-West and North-East, providing free Health and Nutrition care and assistance to the most vulnerable populations in distress, victims of armed conflicts without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, and creed or political affiliation.

As part of its operational support activities in Nigeria, ALIMA has launched a National Open Call for Tenders for Framework Agreement for the supply of Drinking Water intended for consumption in its Offices, Guesthouse Facilities as well as in Training activities across various project locations.

Participation in this National Open Call for Tenders is open to all competent and legally registered Nigerian Companies and Businesses with physical presence in the locations applied for and demonstrated experience in the supply and delivery of Drinking Water. Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to collect and submit the Tender Documents in person from any of the ALIMA office locations listed below. The Tender Files provide all relevant information in detail, including full details on the required items, required documents and information, submission instructions, as well as evaluation and award criteria.

Sealed Tenders prepared in English in one (1) hard copy and one (1) scanned copy in a USB drive must be submitted to any of the ALIMA Offices indicated below, no later than 05:00 pm, Local time, on 17th November 2025.
