SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE (CANCELLATION AND RE-ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE) NIGERIA FOR WOMEN PROGRAM SCALE-UP PROJECT KOGI STATE GOVERNMENT MINISTRY OF WOMEN AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) – GOODS (ONE-ENVELOPE BIDDING PROCESS)
I. CANCELLATION NOTICE
The general public is hereby informed that the Specific Procurement Notice published on Friday, September 5th, 2025, in respect of the following procurements under the Nigeria for Women Program Scale-Up Project (NFWP-SU), Kogi State, is hereby cancelled: 1. Procurement of Office Equipment 2. Procurement of 400 No. Data Collection Tablets for SPCU and LPIU.
This cancellation has become necessary due to administrative changes in the officer handling the procurement process and the identification of irregularities during the earlier process. The State Project Coordinating Unit (SPCU) assures all interested bidders that a new procurement process will be conducted in strict compliance with the World Bank Procureipient Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023) to ensure transparency, fairness, and competition.
All prospective bidders are hereby advised to disregard the earlier publication and take note of the new advertisement below.
2. NEW ADVERTISEMENT (RE-ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE)
The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria for Women Program Scale- Up Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following contracts:
a. Procurement of Office Equipment
b. Procurement of 400 No. Data Collection Tablets for SPCU and LPIU in Kogi State

1. Procurement of Office Equipment – Laptop All-in-One Desktop, Printers, Video Conferencing Facilities, Air Conditioners, Water Dispensers, File Cabinets, Fire Alarm System, Shredders, Wall Clocks, CCTV Camera, Smart TVs, UPS, Grass Trimming Machines, External Hard Disks. etc.
2. Procurement of 400 No. Data Collection Tablet for SPCU and LPIU – Tablets, Power Banks. Pouches, Screen Guards, and Stylus Pens.
