PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

The CLUBFOOT AWARENESS MEDICAL INTERVENTION NETWORK (CAMIN), a Consortium of clubfoot treatment providers in Nigeria, invites qualified, credible, and reputable vendors to apply for prequalification to supply, medical consumables (including Cotton and Plaster of Paris) for an ongoing clubfoot treatment program in Nigeria. CAMIN currently has treatment centers in over 75 hospitals in 34 states and the FCT.

General Specifications
The subject of this tender is the supply of Plaster of Paris and Cotton for a period of 6 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months and beyond.

Estimated Quantities:
• Lot 1: Plaster of Paris, IDL Size 6”:1,235 cartons
• Lot 2: Cotton, IDL Size 6”: 1,115 cartons
