INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has appropriated funds to the Federal Ministry of Education, Headquarters in the 2025 Fiscal year for the Procurement of Services (Consultancy and Non-Consultancy) for the execution of policies and programmes towards achieving the mandate of the Ministry. In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant guidelines for the award of contracts in the Federal Public Service, the Ministry wishes to invite experienced and competent Service Providers/Consultants to submit Expression of Interest documents for the following Projects:

SCOPE OF WORK

The successful bidder would be expected to conduct an independent audit of the agency’s financial statements, provide assurance on the agency’s financial reporting, and identify areas for improvement in financial management and internal controls.

  1. Be registered with the relevant professional bodies (ICAN, etc.).

A. INTRODUCTION
FHI 360, a global non-profit organization committed to improving lives by delivering locally driven solutions to health, education, nutrition and humanitarian sectors in Nigeria. In Nigeria, FHI 360 has taken a strategic, multifaceted approach to addressing critical public health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, while also responding to emerging crises like COVID-19 and supporting, nutrition, education and humanitarian initiatives in conflict-affected regions.
