PROJECT IN SELECTED FARMER SETTLEMENTS IN OSUN AND OYO STATES

FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, a leading dairy company committed to supporting local dairy  development, invites reputable and experienced Borehole Drilling Contractors to submit tenders for the implementation of solar-powered borehole projects in selected pastoralist and smallholder dairy farmer settlements across Osun and Oyo States.

Scope of Work Includes:
• Hydrogeological/geophysical survey and borehole siting
• Drilling of boreholes (depth ranging between 90m – 150m or more)
• Installation of solar-powered water pumping systems
• Construction of overhead tanks and standpipe water access points (5000ltrs tank capacity)
• Perimeter fencing and livestock-friendly access structures
• Basic community training on operations and maintenance

The Yobe Mining Development Company Limited (YMDCL) is a SPV backed by Yobe State Government to lead the strategic exploration, development, and commercialisation of solid mineral resources in Yobe State—hereby invites qualified consultancy firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of the following professional services:

SCOPE OF SERVICES
CATEGORY 1: BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDIES
To undertake comprehensive bankable feasibility studies for the commercial development of identified solid mineral deposits, reserves estimation and reporting in line with international standards like PARC, UNFC, JORC, NI 43-101 with initial focus on the following minerals:
Limestone, Gypsum, Diatomite, Kaolin, Trona Ash, Bentonite, Fluoride, Copper, Iron Ore

CATEGORY 2: TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES
To provide strategic transaction advisory services for mineral development projects, including:
• Structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
• Sourcing of development finance
• Investment analysis and appraisal
• Advisory services for mineral project transactions

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms are expected to submit the following documents as part of their application:
1. Detailed company profile with verifiable track record of similar assignments
2. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) – for Nigerian entities
3. Evidence of tax compliance (Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three years)
4. Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of key professional personnel, highlighting relevant qualifications and experience

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2025 CAPITAL PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated Funds to the Federal Science and Technical College, Michika, Adamawa State in the 2025 Appropriation Act, for the execution of policies, programmes and projects toward achieving the mandate of the College. Accordingly, the College wishes to invite reputable contractors with relevant proven competence and experience to submit tenders for the following projects.

2. CATEGORY A: WORKS

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024) valid till 31st December, 2025, with minimum annual turnover of N300 Million for Lot W1 and W2 while N100 Million for Lot W3;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50m and above);
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
g. Sworn Affidavit:
– disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal Science and Technical College, Michika, Adamawa State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
– that no Director has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter;
– that the Company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings;
– that the company does not have existing loan or financial liability with a bank, other financial institution or third party that is classified as doubtful, non-performance, bad or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last four (4) months;
h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2022, 2023 & 2024;
i. Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
