Background
MSI NIGERIA REPRODUCTIVE CHOICES is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproductive healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centres, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact centre.

Description of requirements:
MSI Nigeria is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers for printing and supply of the item below:

• Binding type: Stitch Glue Binding
• All prints and logo in full color print. 20,744 Booklets

All price quoted shall include all applicable statutory taxes (WHT, VAT and Stamp Duty). MSI Nigeria makes payment for completed transactions within 21 days.

Delivery Location: Plot 59 Anthony Enahoro Street, off Okonjo-Iweala Road, Utako District, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.

Potential Suppliers
This REOI is addressed to printing vendors with in-country printing press. Due diligence shall be conducted on the successful vendor.

REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FY2026 NASARAWA STATE APPROVED BUDGET
CLOSING DATE OF SUBMISSION: 23RD FEBRUARY, 2026

Nasarawa State Government through the Nasarawa State Urban Development Agency (NUDA) is desirous of using its State 2026 approved budget for the provision of physical infrastructures to improve the socio-economic well-being of the people of Nasarawa State.

Consequently, and in compliance with the relevant Provisions of the Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (NSBPP) Law 2020, NUDA hereby requests competent Civil Engineering Construction Companies with track records of performance and experience to be pre-qualified for execution of Civil works contracts and supply of construction of equipment under the State 2026 approved Budget under the following procurement categories:

A. Civil Works
* Construction of bridges, roads, bus stops, parks and gardens in Urban Areas, City Gates and boundary gates, channels, pedestrian and overheads in the State.

B. Goods (Equipment & Facilities)
* Provision and installation of traffic and street lights in the Urban Areas.
* Supply of road construction heavy duty equipment.
* Procurement of utility and project vehicles.
* Other Urban related facilities.

2. THE PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested eligible applicants must submit the following documents:
i. Evidence of Certificate incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Company Profile with Key personnel (Technical/Managerial)
iii. Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
iv. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration with TIN Number and VAT remittances for last three (3) years.
v. Evidence of financial capability with Reference letter from Applicant’s Bank.
vi. Evidence of experience and Competency as Civil Engineering Construction Company with capacity of having carried out at least three (3) recent similar projects with verifiable contract award letters and/or interim/completion certificates.
vii. Evidence of ownership or lease of relevant equipment (for civil works).
viii. Registration with relevant professional bodies (civil works and consultancy services)
ix. Evidence of Compliance certificate and registration from relevant Authorities i.e ITF, NSITF, PENCOM, EFCC and the Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (NSBPP).
x. Any other relevant supporting documents deemed necessary for submission.

3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Professionally packaged in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the appropriate category of procurement thus:
i. Pre-Qualification for Civil Works Contracts;
ii. Pre-Qualification for Supply of Goods (Equipment & Facilities).
