INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2025 CAPITAL PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Queen’s College Lagos, Lagos State in the 2025 Appropriation Act, for the execution of policies, programmes and projects towards achieving the mandate of the College. Accordingly, the College wishes to invite reputable contractors with relevant proven competence and experiences to submit tenders for the execution of the following project:

2. SCOPE OF WORKS

W1. | PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER GENERATING PLAN (SOLAR FARM) | QUEEN’S COLLEGE LAGOS

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC1, CAC2 and CAC3.
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024) valid till 31st December, 2025, with minimum average turnover of N200 million.
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (This requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above).
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (This requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N200m and above).
e. Evidence of Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025.
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. Sworn Affidavit:
– Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Queen’s College Lagos, Lagos State or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a founder or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;

Production and Syndication of “The New Sound of Health” – A Multilingual 1-Hour Weekly Radio Magazine Show on Health Sector Reform

Duration:
13 Weeks (Q3 2025: July – September)

1. Background
Our client is deploying strategic communication tools to enhance public awareness, foster citizen ownership, and establish feedback loops around ongoing initiatives. To support this, our client is launching a multilingual, 1-hour weekly radio magazine show titled “The New Sound of Health”. The program will serve as a narrative bridge between policy and people—highlighting voices from across the country, demystifying reforms, and amplifying stories of transformation.

2. Objective of the Assignment
To produce and air a weekly 1-hour radio magazine show in English, Hausa, and Nigerian Pidgin, for 13 weeks, that will:
– Translate health reform priorities into relatable stories and explanations,
– Feature on-ground experiences of health workers and communities,
– Provide a public platform for questions, engagement, and real-time feedback,
– Strengthen public trust and accountability in the health system.

3. Scope of Work
A. Editorial Planning & Content Design
– Develop a 13-episode editorial calendar for all three languages.
– Content segments should include:
o “Reform Explained” (Plain-language policy breakdown)
o “Voices from the Field” (Health workers, patients, and citizens)
o “Ask the Ministry” (Responses from Client and partners)
o “State in Focus” (Spotlight on subnational reform efforts)
o “Health Nuggets” or “Youth Pulse” (quick facts, youth contributions)

Request for Quotation (RFQ) – National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

The Government of Japan has provided a grant to support emergency preparedness and response efforts for cholera outbreaks in Lagos State, with the goal of significantly reducing cholera-related morbidity and mortality.

As part of the process, UNOPS Nigeria is seeking manufacturers/suppliers that can participate in these Request for Quotations (RFQ) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB):

Tender 1: Supply and delivery of disinfecting materials to Lagos State
Tender 2: Procurement and delivery of medical supplies to Lagos State

The tenders were posted on August 1st 2025 and August 4th 2025 through the UNGM portal and the deadline for bid submission will be on August 13th 2025 and August 18th 2025 respectively.

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR YEAR 2025 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION

1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 National University of Science and Technology, Abuja, FCT is a beneficiary of the Year 2025 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).
1.2 Accordingly, and in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the University hereby invites interested and reputable Contractors/Suppliers with relevant experience and track record to submit Technical Bid for the projects listed below:

1. SCOPE OF WORKS
Procurement, Commissioning and installation of office furniture and equipment.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC, or CAC and CAC;
b. Evidence of Company’s income tax clearance for the last three (3) years valid till December 31st, 2025 with minimum average annual turnover of N1B
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above.);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till December 31st, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to staff whose number is staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50Million and above.);
e. Evidence of Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till December 31st, 2025;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2024 or valid certificate issued by BPP;
g. Sworn affidavit:
– disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National University of Science and Technology, Abuja,FCT or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information provided in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
