The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC promotes and protects the rights of people who have been forced to flee their countries, or their homes within their countries. It is the only Norwegian organisation that specializes in international efforts aimed at this target group.

STREET CHILD OF NIGERIA (SCON), a leading international humanitarian organization, invites reputable and qualified vendors, service providers, and consultants to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for partnership. Our mission is to deliver transformative educational initiatives, holistic livelihood support, and inclusive community services.
We seek to engage and pre-qualify partners in the following sub-categories of Goods, Services and works as listed in the schedule below for the period 2026 to 2028. (Suppliers currently doing business with Street Child of Nigeria are required to re-apply for this prequalification.)
