The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy is reimagining its youth engagement strategy to align with the U.S. Government’s priority of advancing U.S. prosperity by forging mutually beneficial economic relationships.

As a result of this, the U.S EMBASSY ABUJA requires a vendor to provide. A venue that holds 200 people including but not limited to venue management services for three days, sound and multimedia equipment and services for the event, two sign language interpreters to support the events etc. as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The event holds on December 8 – 10, 2025 in Abuja.
