The U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA is soliciting quotations from qualified companies for telecommunication services under a DTCE Telecommunication IDIQ Contract.

• Pre-Quotation Conference: January 13, 2026 – 2:00 p.m. (local time) at U.S. Embassy, Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, Central Business Area, Abuja

  • Representatives must register by sending full names of two (2) representatives to AbujaProcurement@state.gov by 5:00 p.m. January 10, 2026

• Quotation Due Date: January 20, 2026 – 5:00 p.m. (local time)
• Submission: Electronically to AbujaProcurement@state.gov in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or PDF (file size ≤30MB per email). If files exceed 30MB, submit in separate emails with attachments less than 30MB each.

Award Method: The U.S. Government intends to award based on comparative evaluation (best value) under FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), not lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
