For Consultancy Services in Bankable Feasibility Studies and Transaction Advisory Services
The Yobe Mining Development Company Limited (YMDCL) is a SPV backed by Yobe State Government to lead the strategic exploration, development, and commercialisation of solid mineral resources in Yobe State—hereby invites qualified consultancy firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of the following professional services:
SCOPE OF SERVICES
CATEGORY 1: BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDIES
To undertake comprehensive bankable feasibility studies for the commercial development of identified solid mineral deposits, reserves estimation and reporting in line with international standards like PARC, UNFC, JORC, NI 43-101 with initial focus on the following minerals:
Limestone, Gypsum, Diatomite, Kaolin, Trona Ash, Bentonite, Fluoride, Copper, Iron Ore
CATEGORY 2: TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES
To provide strategic transaction advisory services for mineral development projects, including:
• Structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
• Sourcing of development finance
• Investment analysis and appraisal
• Advisory services for mineral project transactions
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms are expected to submit the following documents as part of their application:
1. Detailed company profile with verifiable track record of similar assignments
2. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) – for Nigerian entities
3. Evidence of tax compliance (Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three years)
4. Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of key professional personnel, highlighting relevant qualifications and experience
