1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of 5th March, 2019 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of works for the construction of model schools.

3. The Project Implementation Unit, Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the works for the Construction of model schools

The DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL (DRC) has received a grant from Danish TV for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation entitled in northeast Nigeria. Part of this operation is the Service of Consultancy for Media Consultancy. Therefore, DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.

The Media Consultant will specifically contribute to raising awareness on the protection concerns affecting adolescent girls in North-East Nigeria through DRC life-skills project supported by Danish TV in the Muna corridor and Ngala Local Government Area (LGA). The expected result for the consultancy will culminate in development and production of one 20-minute video, three 3-minute videos short, two 60-second video clips compatible with social media platforms video documentary highlighting the achievements and resilience of the adolescent’s girls participating in Danish TV supported the life-skills project.
