1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has applied for financing from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency toward the cost of the Lagos and Ogun Power Transmission System Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for Design and Construction of 330/132/33 kV Substation at Ogun state (Package 4 – Lot 4a).

2. The Transmission Company of Nigeria- JICA- Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the design, construction and completion of one (1) 330/132/33 kV transmission substation (Package 4 – Lot 4a). International Competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with “single stage Two Envelop” Bidding Procedure.
The scope of works is Design, Procurement and Construction of one (1) transmission substations across 330/132kV Transmission network at Ajegunle, in Ogun state. The completion period of the contract is twenty-four (24) months. The project consists as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the applicable Guidelines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans, and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the Bidding Documents.

4. Bidders may submit bids for one lot or more lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one lot will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Price Bid or Letter of Second Stage Bid, as applicable.

2. The Transmission Company of Nigeria- JICA- Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of 330 kV Electricity Transmission Lines with approximate total length of 106 km at locations in the state Ogun (“the Works”). International Competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with “single stage two envelopes” Bidding Procedure. The completion period of the contract is 24 (twenty four) months. The contract shall be awarded for the complete scope of works as shown below:

1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the requirement of the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law 2016. The Zaria Local Government Council is desirous to undertake the execution of Capital Project under 2025 approved budget. The Local Government Council Invites Reputable, Interested and Competent companies to submit Technical Bid for the Projects below:

a. Construction of 920M 11KV ICT Line, Construction of 1,140M TDN Line and Installation of 3No. 500KVA Substation across various locations in Zaria Local Government Area.

2.0 BID REQUIREMENTS
i. Certificate of Registration with the Cooperative Affairs Commission.
ii. Certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
iii. Evidence of provision of form CO2 and from CO7
iv. Evidence of payment of registration with Zaria Local Government Public Procurement Committee.
v. Evidence of current registration of business premises with Kaduna State Ministry of Commerce and Industry (if applicable).
vi. Evidence of Registration with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA).
vii. Evidence of current Certificate of compliance with the National Pension Commission
viii. Evidence of Current Certificate of compliance with Industrial Training Fund ITF.
ix. Evidence of current tax clearance certificate for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
x. A sworn Affidavit Disclosing whether or not any officer of Zaria Local Government is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder and confirm all information presented in as Bid are true and correct in all material particulars.
xi. Current litigation with the company.
