INVITATION TO TENDER

1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:

SECONDARY SCHOOL3.Patani L.G.A., Delta State.Additional Construction of 1 no, Laboratory with offices; Supply of Science equipment at Aven Secondary School, Patani
PRIMARY EDUCATION1.Ndokwa-East L.G.A., Delta State.Renovation of 1 no 6 classroom block with office; Renovation of 1 no 6 classroom block [block D]; Renovation of 1 no 12 Toilets block all at Ogwezi Primary School, Aboh.
PRIMARY EDUCATION2.Ika South L.G.A., Delta State.Demolition/Construction of School hall; Demolition/Construction of 1 no 3 classroom block without offices; Demolition/Construction of gate house all at Ekuma Primary School, Ekuma-Abavo.
PRIMARY EDUCATION3.Burutu L.G.A., Delta State.Renovation of 2 no3 Classroom Blocks with Toilets; at fade Ede Primary School, Edegbenе; Demolition/Construction of 1 no 4 classroom block with Ground Beams at Serikoromor Primary School; Supply of 305 Pupils and 23 Teachers Table and Chairs at Selected Public Primary Schools in Burutu L.G.A.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v).

3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;

4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.

5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba.

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.

8. Late bids after Tuesday, 3rd February, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.

9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
