REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONCESSION OF FOUNTAIN HOTEL, ADO EKITI

1.0 BACKGROUND
Fountain Holdings Limited (FHL) is the Investment arm of Ekiti state Government and was incorporated in 2011, to take over the management of critical State-owned Enterprises (SOE) and to develop a feasible, viable and profitable working relationship with private sector in real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and key sectors and industries of the economy. FHL initiates, promotes and facilitates conducive environment for Investment and also offer strategic partnerships and collaborations with reputable investors for development in Ekiti State. To realize this mandate, FHL invites interested and credible company to participate in the concession bid process for Fountain Hotel, Ado-Ekiti.

2.0 OVERVIEW OF THE ASSET
Fountain Hotel is conspicuously situated in a serene environment along Old lyin road within Trade Fair Complex. The hotel is on a piece of land measuring about 1.875 hectares comprises of 24 executive double rooms, 2 Royal suite, 4 Business suite, 1presidential suite, club house , a spacious kitchen, restaurant, Vip Bar, Gym House, Laundry, and a recreation arena with swimming pool, a football pitch. The hotel is spacious for car parking and well secured with a structured security apparatus in place and adequate land for expansion.

3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BID PROCESS
Interested bidders must submit the following documents to be considered
• Tender application/cover letter duly signed by authorized signatories
• Company corporate profile showing adequate professional and technical capabilities
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Company tax clearance for the last three (3) Years
• Evidence of Financial Statement for the last three year (2022 to 2024)
• Three year development levy (Ekiti State)
• Financial projection for 5 Years
• Proof of fund in the form of the applicant obtaining bank reference that clearly indicate the readiness of the bank to support the applicant to the tune of the required sum for renovation, concession fees and other incidental expenses in the transaction.
• Evidence of relevant and similar past project or assignment.
• Renovation Plan/Execution Strategy.
• Evidence of registration with industrial training fund.
• Successful applicant would be required to provide performance bond annually in insured value that is sufficient enough to cover the annual consideration i.e rent or concession fees and other incidental expenses.

4.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
