INVITATION TO TENDER FOR YEAR 2025 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Management of National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi, in Compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant Government regulations, the Institute hereby invites Interested, competent and experienced Contractors/Firms with track record of prompt delivery of similar projects to participate for tender Exercise, therefore required to adhere to information as prerequisites for pre-qualification. The Projects were allocated funds under the (1) YEAR 2025 TETFUND PROJECT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION FOR THE REHABILITTAION OF ICT BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF 5 CLASSROOMS BLOCK,(2) 2023,2024,AND 2025 MERGED TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND INTERVENTION FOR LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT,(3) YEAR 2025 TETFUND INSTITUTION BASED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION AND FINALLY,(4) 2025 TETFUND SPECIAL (SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS:
(1a) REHABILITATION OF ICT BUILDING
(1a) Comprising: Removal and Replacement of broken ceiling and sagged ceiling joint, Removal and replacement of glasses, stiff rollers and locks, Removal and Replacement of damaged locks and broken doors,Reaoair of Surface Cerack and Rendering, Removal and Replacement damaged Toilet fittings, Removal and Replacement Blocked Drainage,Removal and Replacement of damaged tiles, Removal and replacement of damaged handrail, Removal and Replacement of damaged painted area with Associated external works.e.t.c. As per submission.
(1b) CONSTRUCTION OF 5 CLASSROOMS BLOCK.Comprising:5Nr Classrooms, 1Nr Terrance hall pass, Toilet block for block Male and Female, with associated external works.e.t.c.

(2) YEAR2023/2024/2025(MERGED) TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND INTERVENTION FOR LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT
(2a) Procurement of books and journals,
(2b) Procurement of Ict Equipment.

(3) ALLOCATION FOR YEAR 2025 TETEFUND INSTITUTION BASED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION.
(3a)Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Tools Equipment for Skills Development.
3b) Quality Assurance Assessors Training

(4) ALLOCATION FOR YEAR2025 TETEFUND SPECIAL (SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION.
(4a) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment for Various Department
(4b) Training for Quality Assurance Assessors (QAA)

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), IncludingCAC1, CAC2 and CAC7.
b. Evidence of company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate. (PENCOM) valid till 31st December, 2025
d. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years; 2023, 2024 and 2025.
e. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, valid till 31st December, 2025;
