3.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Company’s profile highlighting the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of registration on the Database of Contractors, Consultants and service providers by BPP expiring December, 2025.
iii. CTC of evidence of registration with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM)
iv. Evidence of current membership of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB)
v. Current Compliance Certificate with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), expiring December 2025
vi. Current Tax Clearance Certificate or acceptable evidence of up-to-date payment of Company Tax for year 2022, 2023 and 2024 expiring December 2025
vii. Current Certificate of compliance with 2014 Pension Reform Act issued by PENCOM, expiring December 2025.

The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Developing Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Edo State Coordination Office (SCO) Edo, an implementing agency of the Clients intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of Artificial Insemination Centre at the Edo State Agriculture Hub, Benin City – Lot 1 & Rehabilitation of Veterinary Clinic, Laboratory and Cold Chain facility at the Veterinary Primary Health Care Centre, Benin City – Lot 2. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Edo State Coordination Office (SCO) Edo and upon approval by the Bank and will be subject in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financial agreement.

2. The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project – Edo State Coordination Office, Edo State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity: Construction of Artificial Insemination Centre at the Edo State Agriculture Hub, Benin City – Lot 1 & Rehabilitation of Veterinary Clinic, Laboratory and Cold Chain facility at the Veterinary Primary Health Care Centre, Benin City – Lot 2. The work period is 6 months. The margin of preference shall not be allowed.
