On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to indicate an interest in submitting offers for painting of Wall Murals in Bauchi and Sokoto States.

Contractor must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity and resources to implement and manage this contract.

It is Creative’s intent to award this contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Firms making offers for the painting of wall murals must be duly registered to conduct business in Nigeria and also in compliance with the requirements set forth in 22CFR228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
